Kancha ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile marble game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the app:

• Account information: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.
• Guest name: If you play as a guest, we store the name you enter on your device.
• Game data: Wins, losses, scores, match history, and in-app currency (Kanchas) are stored to maintain your leaderboard entry and stats.
• Profile photo (optional): If you pick a photo from your gallery as your avatar, it is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
• Device identifier: A unique ID is generated per device to associate your game progress with your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To display your name and stats on the leaderboard
• To save your game progress across sessions
• To enable multiplayer features (matchmaking, friend challenges)
• To show relevant advertisements via Google AdMob

3. Advertising

Kancha uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to show personalised or non-personalised ads. You can learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Data Storage

Your game data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Google's data processing terms apply. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google Firebase — for authentication and data storage
• Google AdMob — for serving advertisements

No other third parties receive your personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

Kancha is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by using the "Delete Account" option inside the app (Profile → Delete Account). This permanently removes your profile, stats, and leaderboard entry.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
